Stools are sturdy and well padded

The stools are exactly as pictured & beautiful. They feel sturdy and the cushion is substantial. Now the reason for 3 stars: these stools are advertised as being sold in sets of 2. I purchased 4 sets. I should have received 8 stools. I did not. I received 2 boxes, 4 stools, 2 in each box. I called Wayfair immediately and they offered to correct it by reordering me 4 sets, not just 2 sets, but 4 sets. Their reasoning for this - in case they only send 4 stools again, not 4 sets. I have not received the reorder yet but I did receive a text that they had shipped. The number of boxes shipped? 2 again. I'm not complaining that I'm getting what I paid for. But how many others have ordered these & encountered the same issue? I am now waiting for the additional stools to arrive when I should have had them all last week. Please, Wayfair, address this issue - either educate your staff that a set is 2 stools or sell them individually. Edited to include: I received 8 stools total. Of the 8 stools. 3 have legs of different lengths - too much of a difference to offset it with levelers. I'm now waiting on 3 more stools (or sets). Update: I finally got the other 3 stools. I ended up with 8 stools all together. Of the 8, 5 of them had to be adjusted professionally to offset the leg length differences. They are beautiful stools though.
