I received my farmhouse size Murphy bed with lights and charging station on the date stated when I placed my order. The directions were could have had better pictures as we found ourselves guessing on a few occasions and had to stop and redo steps on one occasion. The Murphy bed took two people a few hours to assemble and I love it! The online pictures do not do justice as it looks so much nicer in person. I love the shelf and LED lights and how easy it is to set up and tear down. Im on oxygen 24 hours a day and have very little strength and yet Im able to pull the bed down myself. If your looking for a Murphy bed, I suggest this one front Wayfair.

This was a fairly overwhelming piece of furniture to put together but the directions were overall easy to follow. A lot of steps and a lot of parts. In total took about 12 hours. Ships in 3 large boxes. Mattress is not included but we were fortunate to find a 10” one that worked perfect. The straps are crucial when stowing the bed away so it doesn’t slide around. The Murphy bed is a great way to have a bed in a small space and it looks nice. I am pleased with this purchase!

First time having a Murphy bed, perfect for a guest room, so you can enjoy extra space in between guests. Solid, well made. Lights are a pretty touch. Instructions were good. Took just one of us 13 hours to put it together. The farmhouse style in white is very attractive.

I'm rating 5 stars purely on the quality of the materials upon receiving, I was unable to assemble it as I noticed quickly upon opening the first box that the item was the wrong size and I would need to return it and get another. That said the items in the box were thick sturdy pieces of metal and high quality wooden composite panels with a color/finish that looked better in person than the photos indicated. I'm ordering the exact same product in the larger size as I already feel confident in it from the little I saw of the original order. Wayfair also made the return easy. Though shipping back comes out of the refund they still were glad to process a return as I hadn't fully opened the 3 boxes/assembled anything, and had just received everything.

Took some time to put together but overall it fits our guest room nicely! I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress so I’ll report back once I get the new one and test her out full speed!
