One of the chairs is broken. Trying to get someone at customer service. Chat bot stated I was being transferred to an agent but instead locked the conversation where I can’t start a new text or chat.

The quality is amazing for the price and it fits perfectly in our smaller space! Very easy to assemble as well.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this set. Solid wood in a warm finish with a solid, heavy feel. Chair cushions are a bit firm, but seem to break in with time. Although bench doesn't have a cushion, it's actually more comfortable than you'd think. Perfect for our rental property.

Perfect size for a smaller space. It feels solid and like it will hold up for some time with kids. Only issue we have is two of the 4 chairs rock when no one is sitting in them. We were told it’s our floors being uneven, but then wouldn’t all the chairs rock Luckily they don’t rock when you’re sitting in them.

After 1 year table top is warping badly. Water spots all over Pretty disappointed
