Ensemble coiffeuse avec tabouret et miroir Hanning

This is the second time I’ve received this unit with a shattered drawer. I received my first unit with a shattered drawer and requested a warranty replacement—I was shipped a new unit which contained not one but two shattered drawers. If you look at the pictures you can see the front of the drawers are held together by tiny nails that are supposed to hold the front of the drawers in place. These nails are too small to support pressure against the wood (which is surprisingly very weak considering how heavy the unit is). The packing also utilizes many layers of extremely flimsy/cheap styrofoam as opposed to more secure alternatives. Whether is was a mishandling in the shipping or the product itself, I’ve found after 2 tries now it is virtually not possible to have this product shipped. Now I will have to find a way to remove and dispose of the NEW broken unit (I live in a narrow walk up apartment) and figure out how to DIY fix the one remaining drawer I have. I could not recommend this product less.

Came with a broken drawer - front of drawer literally snapped off entirely and almost cut my finger open when I took it out of the box. Sad because otherwise the quality seems decent. Will be contacting customer service :(
