The dresser arrived with broken glass and damaged wood—completely unusable. I contacted customer service to request a replacement and asked that the damaged item be removed. I was told to "donate or discard" it, which was inconvenient. While the rep did offer a FedEx pickup, it required the dresser to be boxed, which was equally impractical. I asked about receiving a discount on a replacement instead, but was told I’d need to speak with a different representative and wait for a call "in a few days." Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I ultimately requested a refund and will purchase a similar dresser elsewhere.

I wanted to be honest with this review. Loved this dresser but came damaged twice. I think it’s the manufacturer. Other than damages, it is a nice piece.

The dresser itself is nice- I love the look and was pleasantly unsurprised by the size of the drawers. However, both the first one and the replacement one came cracked-the glass trimming on both dressers had cracks. Wayfair customer service has been great. They sent out a new (2nd) dresser which also had a crack in it but I decided to keep it and not try a third time.
