The bed was difficult to put together. It was also damaged so we were unable to install the legs properly. I did contact Wayfair about this and we got a replacement part, so at least the customer service was good. I have increased my rating of this product after receiving the replacement parts. The bed itself doesn't seem that durable. I hope it lasts more than a few years. There also aren't very many slats provided (and they are un-sanded wood, so watch out for splinters!) - we may need to purchase additional slats or some sort of mattress support. I recommend an 8" or 9" thick mattress due to the height of the bed frame. Anything thicker and you won't be able to see the backboard.

Quick delivery. Easy set up. Works perfect for what we had intended. Only thing is that we need a taller mattress to block the headboard gap. Only reason for the 4. My mom loves it!

Cheep fell apart after 6 months.

So cute. The velvet is so lovely and soft.

I am reviewing the back and sides of this DAYbed i purchased, I did not see quality fabric; so I am covering those fabric areas myself with more padding. If you have a small child they could get injured so I do no recommend this bed, It is low to the floor so a teen may like this type bed. I am not adding photos.
