Very much disappointed with the whole Wayfair process! Its a good marble top coffee table, though it came broken! Imagine, You go through all the search process to select your furniture, then order it and schedule the assembly for it and find out that the furniture arrived broken when the assembler is ready to assemble... its just frustrating as in my case, I planned the whole day to stay home for the delivery and assembly, and will have to do that all over again!! The same happened with a previous order of storage bench and I had to cancel that order altogether. So I did the same speaking to the Wayfair supervisor. Wayfair did cancel the order but asked me to dispose the broken table.... this thing is genuine marble and weighs over 90 lbs. Why should I have to dispose it! Wayfair should come and pick it up.... this is such a bad process. Please stay away from Wayfair, people! Please take my advice and try not to order furniture online, specially not from Wayfair, unless you have infinite time in your hands to call customer service on returnsissues, wait for replacements and finally re-schedule the assembly service if you were not doing it yourself (as in my case). Really not worth it!
