nice! exactly like the picture. assembly took only 1 hour to do.

Assembling this bed was a night mare! It took us good 4-5 hours, parts had missing holes, bad instructions, no proper labeling, and lot of places fabric is bad and torned, stitching is done so poorly! for a pricy bed, this was not ok at all, we had invested too much time in putting together and had gotten rid of the boxes, so we couldn't return it, but please save yourself from this headache! Not worth it at all! Wayfair I want my money back on this item!

Very nice bed and easy to fix

I ordered this bed frame and headboard in gray. I paid to have the bed assembled so the day after i received both packages a man came to assemble the bed. To start off, he was 20 minutes late I had to call customer service to get an ETA since I wasn’t receiving any updates. The technician mentioned it would take an hour to put together. 2.5 hours later he called me and my mom into the bedroom and stated 3 leg supports were missing and we have to order and once those were received to call back and have another technician come back to finish. I called for the missing parts to be sent on Thursday April 17 and was told due to the holidays (Easter) it would be sent out the following Sunday April 27. If there is an error made on your part at the warehouse then this should have been expedited to us overnight or at least 3 days after MAXIMUM. I mentioned this to the customer service lady that I was speaking to and she said they could not overnight it which was very disappointing and frustrating. I called Wednesday April 23 to get an update on those missing parts the customer service lady said the parts were shipped already, I asked for a tracking number she said there was not one. I said how was it shipped but you can’t provide me with a tracking number, didn’t make any sense. Fast forward, I get 2 emails on Thursday April 24, one email said “unfortunately the parts that were missing and ordered are not in stock” 4 minutes later I received another email saying “parts are now shipped and will be delivered Wednesday April 30th. That’s when I decided to call and explain all of this and cancel and get a full refund. The manager I spoke to Ms. Valencia stated I would get back a full refund minus the assemble fee which I did enforce I wanted that back also since it wasn’t even built in full due to parts missing. Also I want to also mention the technician that came out to build the bed said this is always an issue. 99% of the time parts are missing. The manager provided a refund and apologized which doesn’t change anything since we had to throw this bed frame out that wasn’t even complete. This was a gift for my mom and her having to sleep on the floor is unacceptable. I’m very very disappointed and I would never order from this website again note recommend to anyone.
