Chaise longue rembourrée Kayzia

Absolutely the worst experience with buying furniture from Wayfair. I never before ordered furniture from Wayfair. I specifically called before placing my order to ensure that the chaise lounge in fact came assembled as it showed on the website that the chair came assembled and required zero assembly. I called twice prior to placing the order and spoke to TWO different employees who confirmed the chair did in fact come assembled. When the chair I ordered came in the mail the chair was not assembled and the cost to assemble the chair cost was extremely overpriced. There not only was a problem with misinformation on the website, but I called TWICE before placing the order and was given in incorrect information by TWO employees. I will never again order from Wayfair. This was absolutely unacceptable. When I called Wayfair was willing to give a small discount for the order. I spent over $700 on bookcases and a lounge chair and am horribly disappointed the assembly was not provided free of charge because I was told incorrectly by the website and Wayfair employees. This is simply false representation.
