I want to preface by saying this is a beautiful product but the manufacturer and 3rd party company is horrible to work with. We received our packages late and they came 5 boxes in 2 deliveries and the boxes were in horrible shape. We needed up sending over 20 pictures in damages including completely cracked and broken slats and they were unwilling to knock anything off the price. We had to fight for compensation. We are going to have to try and fix this ourselves and hope it holds up. Took my husband 2 days to assemble.

Very nice unit, installation was very time consuming but my husband did it all without any other help. It was offered, but he is a do it myself kind of guy. I am sure we will love it for a very long time.
