Lit de rangement rembourré Taner

This is the bed in my room not put together. I received this bed in May 17th and my hisband and I decided to put it together today May 20th. We started with the headboard and attempted to attach the legs only to realized the screws are not aligned. The screws holes on the legs are placed lower than the screw holes on the headboard. We moved that to the side and attempted putting the body of the bed together only to find once again that those screws don’t align as well. I am still trying to figure out WHO CALCULATED THESE SCREWS HOLES This makes absolutely no sense. Like were there no measurements done when these holes were created Then I called Wayfair and spoke to a rep. that basically gave me one and only one option of contacting the manufacturers, like WHAT After telling her that I purchased the bed from Wayfair, not the manufacturers and if there’s nothing Wayfair can do to rectify this all of a sudden there were more options. She then pulled another option out of her hat telling she can issue me a full refund, but that I will have to send the bed back.. like again… WHAT This is not a small bed and it came in 2 separate packaging. For me to have to repack these items is diabolical. I believe in my heart I AM DONE WITH WAYFAIR AFTER I GET THIS BED SITUATION STRAIGHT!!! We spent too much money for this one bed to have to be dealing with this foolery.

Had my bed a whole year now. Holds up nice but some reason I have to keep wiping the top of my bed. It gets dusty.

Looks beautiful not good quality. The base platform is not strong or secured the mattress is sinking in the middle. The side ottoman’s are not clamped they slide when getting off the bed and sink into the storage part. Very uncomfortable to get on and off bed when the ottoman lids slide they are not secure. The quality was not worth the price I paid for.

The bed looks amazing, and so far is ok quality. The only downside is the storage opener doors slide, and you fall in.

Very big bed. Husband put it together by himself with little help from me. The storage around the bed is nice to have if you need extra storage space. Plenty of room. It is kind of hard to climb into bed- you have to go over the storage part - It does have charging ports and Bluetooth speaker which is nice. I am happy with the purchase.
