Cheaply built, does not put together nicely. Also the table top is plastic and came damaged.

Perfect timing. My daughter and I successfully finished the assembly of the Rosecliff Island. I was so excited. There seemed to be a problem with the casters. They kept falling off but I thought I should think of a creative way to fix it.. I decided to sit down at my island and I slightly placed my feet on the bottom support and all the casters snapped off and one had completely damaged the support. I will take a picture tomorrow. I am to tired to do that at the moment as I have to turn it completely upside down to take a picture. The first order there was a slight nick in the table top. I do think it is really cute. But I am not sure what to da. I still have to return the first one and do not want to go to all the trouble to take the second one apart. How could you help me. I hate to return both and please let me know the protocal on returning these items.
