Lit de jour Thurso

I needed a daybed for my casita, and this filled the bill at a good price. First, the wood does not have any kind of finish on it and might be subject to staining. Second, the cushions could have been a little thicker, as I can fell the wood slats underneath me when I tested it for comfort; I also had a guest complain about it.

I have been looking for the perfect 'emergency' bed for awhile. I didn't want the typical day'BED' look, as I use the room as a 'den/study' and not a bedroom. When I found this on Wayfair, it was just what I was looking for! The Thurso bed looks great as a couch or a place for a guest to crash in my extra room. The color was perfect for my study, and I can dress it up with a couple throw pillows and it looks very cozy.

This was very easy to put together and set up. It is very comfortable but I will have to recover the cushions because I don’t like the color.

seems fine though seat cushions could be thicker, specially if using as a bed.
