This is a pretty solid item. The pieces are all high quality, especially the headboard. The one nit I have is the point where the boards along the side of the bed meet the headboard required screwing in a piece without pre-drilled holes and just a piece of fabric indicating roughly where to drill (making it easy to place screw it into the wrong spot), and using small screws considering the importance of that connection/joint. I recommend having a power screwdriver handy - I assembled with a hand screw but that will not likely be feasible for most.
