Bibliothèque james étagère à livres

This arrived broken in 3 places!!! It was not damaged by the carrier because the box was in excellent condition. It was evident that it was previously sold and opened and then packaged again broken and sent to me. I have ordered many many items from Wayfair and over 50% of my items were damaged in some form. Usually I repair myself rather than try boxing back up and taking to the post office to pay to return. I am a widow and no one to assist me. I have decided this is the last order I will ever place with Wayfair. Most all of the merchandise is low quality based on all of my purchases. As soon as I pay off my account, the Wayfair account is going in the trash along with this shelving unit!!!!!

Poor quality and the unit was broken when I opened the box. The picture shows 3 items, one on each shelf, I wouldn't fill the shelves with books don't think they could hold the weight.

I like it but it came broken. What do I do?
