The description of this chair says it supports up to 500 lbs. This is a lie. I'm well below 500 lbs and I barely fit in it, someone who actually weighed 500 lbs wouldn't stand a chance. Not to mention it's falling apart from my weight. Which, as I said, is well below 500 lbs. Would maybe be worth it if they gave it a max weight rating of 250, but as it is the marketing is too deceptive for me to entertain anything more than 1 star.

I'm 6' 3" and about 240 pounds so was looking for a solid desk chair to support my needs. I'm in the home office for several days a week. I specified this chair to support my needs and was sick of several prior faux leather chairs which had deteriorated in prior years. PROS: (1) product quality - very well built and genuine leather is very well fabricated. Chair definitely is in the professional office quality family and should last for a long time, (2) ease of assembly - instructions are very simple and took me about 30 minutes to assemble; every component is well engineered and manufactured. Constructed chair is heavy and feels solid. (3) Color of product / appearance could not suite my office better - looks professional from any vantage point which is important given chair position in our house. (4) Seat features related to elevating chair and rocking are both functionally very well engineered but also is not an eyesore; (5) definitely a professional chair feel from a comfort perspective and able to work 8+ hours a day. CONS: (1) Chair is more on the stiff side from a seat cushion perspective, so this is not a lazy chair that you will fall asleep in by any means. The seat is slightly firmer than I would prefer, but nothing that would cause me to return or be dissatisfied - also only have owned this chair for 3 days so hopefully it breaks in a little. (2) Not a problem for me or con, but make sure the seat dimension from depth and width is suitable for your body size (perfect on depth for me and close on width - would prefer another inch honestly). All in all very satisfied with purchase!

The chair is very sturdy and well made. The leather is very good. The seat is a little stiff but not uncomfortable. I view this as long lasting foam. The seat is also very deep, so the back of the legs are fully on the seat if you are an average person. I am using a foot stool to elevate my legs. No problems with Wayfair or delivery.

Awesome chair made well! I have ordered 2 chairs that did did not compare to this chair from other companies. I finally found one thank you Wayfair!
