As another person mentioned, the back does not come forward enough to sit upright. The chair is also very tall, and will not go any lower. It is advertised as having a tilting seat, but does not have the knob to make the adjustment. I feel like I was sent the wrong chair. It is missing several of the advertised features

Its very comfortable and easy to put together. However, it said 2 day shipping. It shipped on a Monday, but I didnt get until Friday. -(
