This chair is great and unlike the yoga ball alone you cant really sit on it for hours on end so it forces one to take breaks. Only downside is theres no indicator or example so its easy to underover inflate.

This is the perfect chair for anyone that wants the flexible seating of a ball chair, but doesn't want it rolling around and slipping.
