Perfect for our rental. Easy to assemble

It's okay, the wood joinery is imprecise so there are sizeable/noticeable gaps between the upper and lower portions of the frame. The cushions are generally nice, but pulling the cover off the pillow showed it was not properly sown together. The bottom cushion cannot be cleaned without disassembly of the chair seat from the frame.

On time delivery, easy assembly instructions, solid product. Couldn’t expect anything else!

Bought two chairs. One was fine without any issues, the second one has a flat cushion it been weeks and the cushion is still flat! It looks awful. It's very noticeable and uncomfortable to sit on. I reach out multiple times, and have not got a response. And it won't let to return
