Bought two chairs. One was fine without any issues, the second one has a flat cushion it been weeks and the cushion is still flat! It looks awful. It's very noticeable and uncomfortable to sit on. I reach out multiple times, and have not got a response. And it won't let to return

I love these outdoor chairs! Easy to assemble! Very comfortable. Sturdy and made well

Chair is very low. Fabric has a slight pink tint to it. The black baseback of the chair shows through at the back of the seat. Seat shows lumpy. Instructions not great. It is not clear how to arrange the seat fabric. Screw holes in fabric did not line up no matter what i tried.

The chair looks very nice. Its a little lower to the ground than expected, but overall, its very nice and fits in my corner in a massage room. It wasnt hard to put together.

It took a few days for the color to change to beige. But the chair is comfortable. I covered the pillow with my own saying. Home sweet home.
