This chair is a very bad design. The back does not stay upright it rattles around. It is useless. Even worse Wayfair is making it an enormous hassle to get a refund. Do better, Wayfair! And everyone else don’t buy this thing!

It’s a beautiful chair and just the right size for our space, but everyone who sits in it says the same thing- it’s hard. Yes, it’s a little firmer than a regular chair, but when you lean back, it’s actually quite comfortable.

Look wise it’s great, but the cushions are hard and very uncomfortable. Should have read other reviews before making the purchase. Had to pay 99 shipping fee to return.
