Kristen Headboard

We were really excited that this would last us a long time, and it really is a beautiful bedframeheadboard, but if you live in a humid climate, ie down south would not recommend, we have been battling unexplained illness for a few months now, noticed some white marches on the inner frame of our headboard and thought it was just dust. Cleaned and this is a few months later. MOLD EVERYWHERE. On just the bedframe and anything that was directly underneath underneath. Would not recommend.

The photo shows a complete bed, not just the headboard so I was disappointed that the entire platform didn't come with it. I was more disappointed when I was told there would be a $50 return fee for this if I wanted to return it yet I would get $50 if I kept it, which made no sense. So I tried to make a good situation out of it and purchase the matching platform but nobody could help me with that. I keep forgetting about your hefty charges to return purchases and because of that I will no longer order from your company.

Item supposed to be compatible with adjustable bed. One side broke off approx 6mo after purchase because it’s to narrow to properly accommodate the mattress.

Beware!! This item is listed as a stand alone headboard but in reality it cannot. After several tries ( bought a new bed frame, bought different brackets, to make this headboard work I fell out of the 30 day return window. Unfortunately Wayfair did nothing to help resolve the situation. Very disappointed. Will take my business elsewhere. In the attached pictures, you’ll see that unlike other stand alone headboards, this one does not have legs that go all the way down to the floor which causes the headboard to be unstable. Very disappointing.
