Soft and cushy but firm. Just got it set up (well, put the legs on), and I've even already slept on it. It was a very comfortable night's sleep. Like a bed really!

I love this couch! The cushions do not come out, but the way the cushions are stitched together, the couch appears to be easy to vacuum between the cushions. The couch is comfortable and easy to move to vacuum behind it. Setup involved attaching 6 feet (2 give additional support in the center). I'd recommend this couch.

So far, happy with the color and material. I am unsure how it will hold up with not being able to rotate cushions, but for a leather couch it was a good value for the price.

Dogs approve! So do I, very comfortable and nice size, not too big not too small. Got matching chair and ottoman.
