Arrived all broken, contacted customer service and was told k have to wait 2 business for a reply by email. Now I have a broken dresser and box that I can’t discard until they contact me. All this in the middle of my apartment living room with small children running around. What a headache. Very disappointing.

the dressers are really nice. the issue i encountered was damaged pressboard in the back, it arrived damaged and unrepairable. Now they tell me the part is unavailable to replace. the second dresser box was damaged a beaten up really bad but no issues with that one. the drawers come with white Styr phone in each corner to protect them. Once moved the drawers drop and are not flush with the dresser unless you lift it up and them insert.

Guide bars for drawers are bent and detached. Drawers either won’t open or fall out. 100 Garbage. Don’t waste your money.
