✨The delivery men were exceptional ✨❣️ Quick, very careful, courteous, efficient despite having a very long day and the dreadful Thanksgiving traffic here in CT. The new sectional has really good support, firm cushions. The color is darker than what is shown in the advert photo shown here, less caramel…more of a medium dark brown but I was prepared for that and it does fit in well with my decor. If all your customer service people and deliverers are as gracious, patient, knowledgable and as caring as everyone with whom I interfaced , you guys are doing something right…and I hope they are being justifiably well renumerated ! And…..It has ✨Gracie’s obvious approval !! Thank you, Wayfair !! (See photos) Dog cushions did not come with the lovely sofa !!
