I accidentally ordered the wrong height and Wayfair would not exchange them so yes…I am very disappointed. So we cut the stools down to size. Plus no hardware included in one box, notified the manufacturer and send out promptly. We build the chairs and after being in use for less than 6 months the seat and back material on all 3-stools is peeling off. I notified the manufacturer and they suggested that I take it to the nearest upholstery shop to have it reupholstered. I would highly advise not buying anything from this manufacturer and disappointed that Wayfair will honor anything either.

READ ALL ONE STAR REVIEWS!! Updating my original review to 1 star. Chairs are constantly wobbling and screws come loose. Most recently a manufacturer bolt popped loose and the stool is now useless. After only 8 months of minimal use, I am extremely disappointed in the quality. I also agree with the others who assigned a one star review, the seat covering tears easily.
