The seat in this chair is awesome! It’s really comfortable to sit for long work hours. The recline feature is also phenomenal to sit back and relax with feet up. Assembly was a little tricky. One set of screw holes had been covered by the under seat protective dust cloth., so it looked like the pre-drilled holes had been forgotten. And attaching the seat to the back is a two person job. The only (major) problem with the chair is there is no lumbar support adjustment and the factory setting is too low. For me, I don’t sit in the chair at the proper angle where my back touches the chair. I was able to correct this with a Purple lumbar cushion, but the chair is so large that the strap doesn’t fit around it. I love the chair and all the hard work to assemble it was worth it. I just wish it had adjustable lumbar.

This chair was posted as able to hold 400 lbs., but while putting it together, the chair indicated 350 lbs. Very disappointed in that misinformation. Putting it together was okay; no problems, except had to struggle a bit to get the arm holes to line up in order to put the screw in. Disappointed in the lack of comfort in this chair. I've had it almost 3 months and it feels as if there is no padding. The seat depth is too short for a tall person, making it tiring to sit for long. It is supposed to tilt, but I have to physically hold it back in a lean position, as it won't stay there or let you rock. Overall, it is okay but not worth $285!!! You might want to purchase a different chair. ALSO, the photo on the website shows this chair a rich brown color, but it is black, and not nearly and pretty.

The seat is wonderful, but the armrest could be a little higher

They sent me the black when I ordered brown. I saw other reviews that said this. So beware. It's super comfy. But between sending me the wrong color and the bolts to install the seat to the back being very short, thus difficult to install with one person, I have to give two stars. I got the chair I didn't want but kept it due to not wanting the hassle. Lots of room to improve. This is a chinese product that uses the Serta name. Very comfy, but we'll see how it stays together. Arms don't feel very secure even though they're tight.
