Serta Palisades 78" Track Arm Sofa, Easy Care Fabric, Soft Pillow Back, Pocket Coil Seat Cushions

Some things are inexpensive and some things are “cheap”. Sad to say this sofa did not live up to its photo. It’s been set up for about 24 hours now and still lumpy. I’ve tried “fluffing” it, getting the stuffing into the corners and edges, but it defies me. I wouldn’t recommend this - it doesn’t look nearly as nice as the wayfair photo. Just remember You Get What You Pay For ~ I started a return and Wayfair offered me a 20% refund in place of an actual return, I need the sofa temporarily so I accepted the refund. However, I would tell you this sofa is not a bargain, it’s not a deal ~

Total piece of junk. My elbow went through the wood in the arm rest when I put weight on it. Cushions slide around and get out of shape. Then the seat support wood cracked. Don't by this. The support structure for the entire couch is very thin wood. Junk.

Loving it. Easy to assemble. Bought it to put in a show, and everyone now wants one for their home.

The cushions on the back did not fluff up correctly.

This couch is good for the price I got it for. It isn’t very comfortable, the cushions are springy as opposed to filled with padding. Assembly was fairly difficult on my own so I recommend having someone help you. *4 years later- this couch does not hold up. Splurge for something else
