The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. You have to fix the cushion fabric every once in a while because it starts to look funny when you use the couch frequently. Attached is the photo of how the couch cushions shift.

I bought this item for the additional storage & because it was a Serta product. Highly disappointed, cheaply made. I expected more from the brand. Will be replacing as soon as possible.

This couch is firm but comfortable, and the storage areas underneath the cushions are great for hiding lesser used items. The fabric hides pet hair well, too. However, the cushions are constantly pushing forward and the fabric on the cushions will shift forward too. I don't know if we would have picked this couch from a store if we had tested it out or had known how much the cushions would shift.

Good looking and compact for a smaller room with an accent chair or two. The chaise is very nice and also that it is reversible makes it extra functional. My only concern is that the fabric moves on the seats, especially on the chaise . This is made more noticeable because of welting. You may be able to swap ends but cushions not reversible
