Assembly wasn’t too bad was able to do by myself and I am an older woman. I did break a zipper putting the cushion inside the case. I will be asking for a replacement to be sent. However I still give it a five star rating because it is comfortable great size and great price for the couch. Excuse the mess in the photo we are still moving in. It says wrinkles on the couch will expand and go away within 24 to 48 hours.

Really nice sofa. The leather feels soft and the color matches exactly with the picture shown.

I ordered two of these for my in-home bar that is western themed. They are genuine leather and perfect when friends are over. The only thing I did was bought wooden legs since they came with plastic legs. They look much better with stylish wooden legs.

It's okay. Chair is a little low . Might not be good for people with bad knees to get out of.

I did not know Serta made sofas. it was somewhat easy to put together except it was hard to put cover over seat cushions and some parts were miss marked and the back of the sofa right side and left side are not even but its in the back, it seems very comfortable and seems larger than 33 inches. Also the velcro closer in the back very hard to keep in place so I hope it stays in place. I am glad it was on sale because would not pay full price
