Chair was recommended by a ergonomics specialist - it was a terrible recommendation: * The chairs arms fell apart 18 months in * The back support of the chair continues to shake loose - exacerbating back concerns and possible elevated to further damage * One of the wheels has just broken off 22 months into owning the chair, causing a surprise and minor injury to me and causing me to come write this review and look to see if there is a policy that can make this right
