We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of this. The upholstery is soft and supple while appearing of high enough quality that it will last for a long time. The lifting mechanism (gas springs) and hinges are well made. The color is true to the description photos.

Love the ottoman bench. Just arrived today but already one of my ‘favorites’! Material feels very natural top is cushioned (to accommodate putting up your feet).

Nice size and I love the storage. The material in description said smooth, so I was thinking it would be a glossy material. This is definitely more of a distressed suede type feel. Not bad for the price.

Great looking and heavy-duty ottoman. No complaints there. However, the feet are not very sturdy. They have made them screw in types. I would normally give them 5 stars, but because of the feet, I'm giving them 3 stars.

Beautiful ottoman. There is an issue with one of the hinges on the lid being stripped out.
