I bought this because of the reviews and so glad I did! I agree with everyone else! So comfy and bigger than it looks in the photos. Also had to chat with customer service a couple times for delivery reasons and they were so friendly and helpful. If you’re thinking about buying this do it

I was a bit hesitated thinking of buying this sofa because there were no review on it. But it is more beautiful than I thought. It looks bigger than it is in the picture. Love it!

The sofa is gorgeous, but the quality is quite poor. The cushion inserts are full of holes, dirty, and even have footprints and writings on them. I felt disgusted thinking that someone with dirty shoes had stepped directly on the cushions before the covers were put on. I can't imagine putting my head on cushions without knowing their condition. I requested a replacement or refund three weeks ago and went back and forth with Wayfair, as they were reluctant to issue me a partial refund. Every time I responded with photos and agreed to accept the partial refund, they would ignore my reply and send me the same message two weeks later. I had to express my dissatisfaction to finally receive the partial refund. After four months of light use, the center cushion has already begun to sink, and the wooden board hidden inside the sofa was damaged when I moved it to vacuum.
