I've only had the ottoman for 2 days so cannot provide long-term feedback but so far I'm quite pleased. The color is spot on, the stitching well done, and material exactly as shown. It is comfortable to sit on and rest my feet on so the height is perfect for my needs. And, as someone else has mentioned, the floor protectors ("feet") on the bottom are a welcomed plus. It was well priced and shipped in a timely manner.
