The sofa has a beautiful design and looks just as pictured online. My initial order did experience a delayed delivery and some quality concerns upon arrival. That said, Wayfair’s customer service has been outstanding, very responsive, and proactive in arranging a replacement. I truly appreciate the support and attention to resolving the issue. I’m currently waiting for the replacement to arrive and will update my review once I’ve had the opportunity to evaluate the new item.

The sofa looks great and the leather quality is excellent. However, only center module was delivered first. Still waiting for the remaining pieces. Also, the leather has a small scar.
