SEAT RIDGE DIGS INTO BOTTOM OF THIGHS Ordered 2. Well packaged for shipping. Looked good. Seemed to be well constructed. But after my husband and I sat in them for around 10 minutes we felt a ridge digging into the underside of our thighs. We are average height and weight. Returning was not easy. Wayfair didn't want to pay shipping until I really argued for it. They said it was "buyers remorse". We said: hey we can't sit on these! Then there was the additional hassle of packing. Disassembly, wrapping, hauling to FedEx. Since we had inspected the chairs and found them fine, we had thrown away the shipping boxes. Dumb! So we had to purchase boxes. Also time spent phoning FedEx to try to schedule and then cancel pickup. But even after canceling they came by 3 times! The whole process convinced me to buy local.
