The chair appears streamline but feels as heavy as caste iron -- too heavy to use as an occasional extra at my dining table. Whatever is under the smooth, tight, well-stitched leather covering is hard and inflexible. A thin cushion is needed for comfort. It is a handsome piece though.

Beautiful and high quality. The arms are very comfortable, but wish the seat were slightly softer!
