Arrived damaged. Trying to move forward with assembly and hardware is not correct. Others complained and had damaged items upon arrival. The package was fine but inside-damaged. Wayfair service was awful. I request a refund. After several texts with a “person”. I was told it was being sent to a special support team and I would receive an email. My email says I need to return the item to receive my refund. I explained SEVERAL times that was not possible due to item size and particial assembly of damaged item. Don’t buy this item. And don’t buy furniture, large items or assembly item because their service is AWFUL! I am out days of frustration and the cost of this item. I am letting it go and Wayfair go. Not worth any more of my time.

This is the most unacceptably non-functional poorly made piece of furniture I have ever tried to assembly. The screw holes don't line up and in some cases don't exist where they're supposed to. Instructions are wrong and show images that are not accurate or reflective of the pieces in the box. The bags of hardware were mislabeled - the hardware labeled "drawer" was in fact for everything but the drawer. Some of the wood platform pieces arrived damaged. The bottom section of the platform is flimsy and literally will not hold my weight (I'm 125 pounds). The bottom 25% of the platform sits on top of the drawer, which the instructions state has a max capacity of 25 pounds. This frame has exposed screws because they aren't the correct size, which is going to either damage my mattress or me or both. My partner cut his arm open on one of the sharp corners of the bed frame, which is a constantly exposed corner even when assembled because the platform sits misaligned on the base causing a large overhang on the left side. This is intentionally hidden in the picture on the website by a hamper which seems pretty unethical as a way of marketing a poorly made piece of furniture that is literally designed misaligned. I'm incredibly disappointed. I had to contact customer service twice just to figure out if I was ever getting this bed frame, which I ordered mid August and didn't receive until September 28. Now I discover I waited 6 weeks to have a bed frame that literally does not fully fit together and cannot be assembled correctly because it's made incorrectly sitting on my apartment floor taking up the entire living room. I am furious. This was the worst online ordering experience I've ever encountered.
