Table is ok. Corners arrived somewhat scraped and I didn’t think it was a big deal, well 2 days later look what happen just brushed on it. Pretty upset about that. Also the chairs are extremely wobbly if you tighten the middle leg stretch so I literally have to leave it loose. Overall, not too much satisfied but I guess I’ll settle

I experienced multiple problems with this table: The box arrived looking like it experienced normal wear and tear. However, so many things were wrong with the contents. I think it was poorly constructed to begin with. The seat backs were not curved at the same angles, the chair frames had bent pieces where you attach the seat backs, and one of the legs was significantly dented (these are not things that looked like they happened in shipping - they happened in the construction process, I believe). The corner of the tabletop was barely dented (this was likely in the shipping process), but the wood design was PEELING back because of it. After putting together, the chairs are superrr wobbly and I have no clue why. I've played around with them a bit. I just think this is very poorly designed. Would not recommend. Also kind of ironic that the box said "Furniture of America" but had "Made in China" all over the furniture. I don't mind products made in China, but to label it with America... it just seems odd. Also, they used a ton of styrofoam which is not very sustainable/earth-friendly and clearly did not do much.

Love the way the table looks! Don’t let the other negative reviews steer you away. It is not real wood but is still awesome!

Were looking for a replacement to our 25 year old oak set, as the span included many meals breaking bread as well as 2 Black Labrador retrievers who love to chew...Needless to say the chair frames were chewed to pieces, despite our best efforts. So given this fact and the normal wear and tear, we decided on this table as its metal and impervious to the chewing habits, as well as inexpensive and good looking. Assembly was not difficult, but there are a fair amount of parts, especially the chairs. Overall love the counter height dining experience, the set is sturdy enough for us and should last a long time. Would recommend.
