The sofa is gorgeous. Quality is excellent. A little on the firm side but still comfortable. The first one arrived damaged. Replacement delayed. Original order placed on March 7th. Finally got on April 20th.

I was nervous about ordering a sofa off-line, but I was thoroughly impressed. It looked exactly as I expected and it’s wonderful. Brown Tan color was true to online picture; not cognac. Exactly what I expected! Very comfortable yet firm support. Please ignore white squares on walll behind the sofa in my picture. Board & Batten will be same gray as wall it is next week!! I love this sofa. applied too!

This couch not only looks great, but it is extremely comfortable! Quality is excellent. I’m waiting for it to come back into stock to buy for another place!

This leather couch arrived with a long diagonal slash across the center of the front-facing back cushion which the Customer Service Manager told me was normal. She went on to offer a $109 discount on this $2,200 couch or the option of returning it at my cost. This is the 3rd furniture piece I’ve received from Wayfair in the past month with unacceptable damage or flaws: a loveseat with a sidearm gash which they kindly replaced in whole; and a pair of tufted barstools with the wrong sized screws which caused the leg to be damaged during assembly and required extensive repair at my cost to salvage (details and photos available) - which had been an order of 4 chairs which arrived as 2 chairs after a long wait, with a note that the item was now out of stock and the 2 additional chairs would not be delivered. The space was designed for 4 chairs. Obviously I’m venting. I’ve waited 40 years to buy a house and 1 1/2 years to begin furnishing it. I run a business, so I know what it’s like to get it right and get it wrong. Wayfair should have offered to replace the couch with a product they inspected and approved before shipping at no charge to me. A $2,000 couch might not seem like a lot to their owners but it’s a great investment for me. I don’t want a couch with a slash across the center and I don’t want to pay to replace it. I waited patiently for a month for delivery and had prepared a place of honor for it. To be told I should accept or pay to replace it should not be an approach taken by an industry leader — not with a new customer, and certainly not with a returning customer. Wayfair, please do the right thing and replace this with a couch without flaws at no cost to me.

We love this leather couch. It's comfortable and durable. We can just wipe off the stain and had no problems.
