Time: 30 min with 2 people Tools needed: alan wrench which is provided People needed: ideally two, but one person could probably make it work Assembly Notes: - Make sure you put the shelves in before fully tightening the bolts on the frame - Make sure you use the shorter bolts for the brace (this is not established in the instructions). Pros: - sturdy - super easy assembly - looks great (other than the issue with the edges) - depth and height of shelves is great for larger collectibles/display items Cons: - instructions are rather bad, but it's an easy assembly so it's not too hard to figure out what to do - there's a gap between the wood veneer on the top/bottom and the wood veneer on the sides, so the edges of the shelves look rough, which isn't the nicest

This was easy to put together, makes my room feel complete and is a really good size. I like that I can use it for general storage or cyrate the shelves for a more personal touch.

We bought this to use as a storage unit inside of the closet in our office. I really like that the depth is bigger than most shelves on the market, which is why we bought it. It's sturdy enough and looks great once it comes together. People complained about the bad instructions, but we never even got those! It didn't come with assembly instructions! I contacted customer service and they said that a PDF would be emailed to me in 3-4 days. No PDF ever arrived. We bought three different shelving units and I've put all of them together, so eventually I was able to build this one with a little trial and error, but I shouldn't have had to do that. It took me longer than it should have due to this and the whole process was quite irritating. It makes me a little bitter and I feel like I paid too much to have this kind of an experience.

I needed a specific size bookcase shelving unit for my old-school stereo system. This one fit the bill and it matches up with some other furniture I have. I needed a specific width and depth and this unit check the boxes. It’s also very sturdy. There are a couple of downsides. The assembly instructions aren’t the best but you’ll be able to figure it out by studying the pictures. Also, don’t over tighten the screws as you’re assembling because you’ll need to get the shelf boards into place. Once boards are in place, then tighten everything.

Specifically ordered this for my partner's records and record player. The records didn't really work because of the gaps on the side but I think there could be a solution for that if you really tried. Record player and speakers fit perfectly on the shelf. The rest I've used for plants and books! Some of the shelves didn't fit 100% correctly in their spots so not 5/5. But it's usable and sturdy, exactly what I was looking for! I built it myself and found it kind of difficult but I managed eventually.
