The shipping on this item took much longer than what was originally communicated when ordered, and when delayed, was not allowed to cancel it. I was hoping to make it work - but felt the fabric was also sub par and too rough for the price point

A little hard to put together but it was so worth it! The bench looks amazing in my breakfast nook. The slip cover was easy to put on and feels sturdy when you sit on it.

Love this bench. It is well constructed and comfortable. I purchased it to use as a banquette at my dining table and it was the perfect height.

This was poorly made. Several of the holes did not align between the base and the back. We had to drill new holes. The directions were abysmal and there were no explanations for several bolts in the package. We decided to drill the holes rather than just return because we waited so long for the delivery that I didn't wait another month to get a replacement.

I ordered this 1182024 and it said upon ordering (and after ordering) it was in stock and would be in 11152024. After it did not show up I checked back in and the date changed to 11212024. After it did not show up I checked back in and the date changed to 1252024. At this point I called to cancel it bc the website said as long as it had not shipped i could cancel (and it had not shipped yet). But upon calling they would not allow me to cancel due to something with the manufacturer. So I waited with a new date of 12112024… you get the picture, this came in 162025. I was excited! I started to put it together but as it turns out it does not have a manual or the legs. Very disappointed. They say they are sending replacement legs but at this point I am out almost 800 and 2 months of waiting. The fabric cover pattern is very cute though!
