They are less substantial than anticipated. They fall down easily, as they are not very sturdy. Shortly after purchasing, we found similar benches less than half the price that were nicer. (

It’s just what we needed. Our beach house sleeps 11, but it’s tough to seat 11 to each a meal. Stacking chairs and this bench answered that issue. We can seat 3-4 kids on this and they love it! Then it can be folded up and stashed in the closet until needed the next time. Would highly recommend it. We also plan to use it outside for a campfire too!
