I’m pleased with the purchase. I was weary about buying this without physically trying it out, but I’m glad I did.

The box was slightly beat up but none of the parts were missing. The directions were not the best, but I managed to put it together. Overall the chair is pretty comfortable, though I did purchase ergonomic arm pads for the armrests. The material on the armrests is pretty firm so they needed padding. The seat cushion also feels really good so far. Feels kinda like your sitting in a Captain's chair and about to take command of the bridge!
