Just as expected, however when you lean far enough back it drops quickly which gives me a good scare, and it also makes a really loud noise. Embarrassing when on video calls.

The back support is shorter than expected and lower back support doesn’t sit at the right location. I’m 5’9”. Maybe it would be more suitable for someone 5’6”.
