There was no review yet for this item, but I decided to buy anyway because I needed an adjustable standing desk and already had a beautiful solid cherry wood top that I had bought at a local wood shop to go on it. WOW! This desk is strong, the metal is sleek and polished, the mechanism runs smoothly, it is very easy to put together, and the instructions are very clear with color pictures. I still have to see how long the lift mechanism will work. Controller is to be attached under the table with screws provided, as well as the electric wires with the cable clips provided to this effect. Excellent product! I bought many items from Wayfair in the past and have always been very pleased with the quality of the products! This time again. Update: It's been 3 years of use now and the motor that lifts the HEAVY tabletop that I put on it, still runs smoothly and strong. It was a quality purchase and hopefully will continue to be.
