I bought this item for a cream chair thinking by the photograph it would blend beautifully. However, when I received it, the color was far from the picture. I send in photograph to show Wayfair the actual color and the difference from what is shown on their website. I was told the item was in the video and that showed a more true appearance for a split second, so they could not refund my shipping cost to return the item. Extremely disappointed that I am paying for a misleading presentation of this item!
