Overall a great bed! The upholstery is more of a beige/tan than grey, as we thought. No big deal...it’s neutral, not like it’s green. The back side of the headboard had a small crack from transit, so we tightened up the holding screws and added a couple more simply for peace of mind. All in all, it was very simple to assemble. We ditched the slats as we have an adjustable base for our mattress. The bed frame fits around it perfectly with about 3/4”-1” extra room around the perimeter. The nailhead is done well; upholstery is in good condition; wood is nice and of good weight. This is not a flimsy bed frame whatsoever. Now to add curtains!
