Giving it the lowest score on account of it arriving re-taped clearly very loosely and not handled at all with care because BOTH the headboard and footboard were completely damaged when I opened the boxes not sure if the workers understood what fragile meant so upset about this I’ve disputed it with wayfair customer service I’ll give you guys an update whenever a replacement arrives let’s hope that’s not damaged either not sure opened the boxes

The bed is huge and a pretty piece, but arrived damaged with a chip and crack on the top of the headboard.
