This is the second bed we have bought only because the Hurricane took the other one. Water is not this beds friend it fell apart from the water which not much else held up. So we bought another one it works great for storage but the negative is the instructions, no written instructions so you better be able to read the pictures, step 12 the holes do not line up so you cannot put the cam nuts in and when putting the sides on you need to ream the dowel holes out otherwise the dowels do not go in. Other than that it's a good bed.

This bed broke right after the 30 day coverage window., day 36. The largest piece, that holds the bed together, and makes the drawers work, cracked down the middle. We are not large people and the piece should have been strong enough. Now we are out a brand we bed that doesn’t work and can’t be replaced.

Bed itself is nice and quite a bit of storage. Hired assembly team from Wayfair which was a mess. Wayfair shipped with their carrier but couldn’t contact when one box didn’t show. Then they couldn’t contact their assembly person to try to back up appt even though they scheduled. When assembly people were able to come they said not an easy bed to assemble with very little instructions

It took long time to assemble it, it’s an ok bed, it had a broken part had to order that part, customer service was good took care of it.

Missing parts and terrible instructions. No option to return
